Hi, I’m Brigid Titgemeier
I struggled with overwhelming fatigue, 30 small seizures per day, debilitating GI symptoms, brain fog, acne, and painful periods for years and felt frustrated and stuck by being told to just go on 5 separate drugs. It wasn’t until I changed my relationship with food and started using food to fuel my health that my problems drastically improved.
Losing weight doesn’t have to mean counting calories. Having more energy doesn’t mean grabbing a coffee at 3pm and crashing later. When we balance blood sugar and reduce inflammation with whole food filled recipes (that don’t require a professional chef) amazing things happen to our bodies. I can’t wait for you to feel it too.

Frequently Asked Questions
Have questions? Here are some helpful answers about The Being Collective.
When is the last day to sign up for this round of The Being Collective?
The last day to register for this round is August 26.
I can’t make the live calls. Are they being recorded?
Yes! All of the live calls are recorded and posted on the The Being Collective Kickstarter portal.
I have a conflict with one or more dates during the program. Can I still participate?
Absolutely! We provide plenty of options on how to maintain the principles of the plan even if you can't eat the exact meals. Above all, we preach consistency over perfection.
What is The Being Collective membership and why am I being automatically enrolled into it?
The Being Collective (TBC) is how you continue to get results after the Kickstarter! Remember, progress is not about being perfect - it’s about having a plan to return to when you get off track - and that is The Being Collective! TBC is our community hub where you will continue to receive pre-made meal plans, recipes, ongoing coaching calls and so much more! You literally don’t have to menu plan ever again!
I don’t eat [insert food here]. Can I make a substitution?
Yes! Any food can be swapped out for another food in its same category. That means any proteins (meat, eggs, protein powder, greek yogurt) can be swapped for a different protein, any veggies can be used instead of the ones listed in the meal, and any starches (sweet potato, beans, legumes, grains, fruit) can be swapped for other starches. When you’re making these swaps, try to use the same quantity to keep the integrity of the recipes. We provide specific ingredient swaps from the recipes in a guide!
Is the meal plan Vegetarian/Vegan?
Not all of the recipes are vegan/vegetarian but any food can be swapped out for another food in its same category. That means any protein (meat, tofu, eggs, protein powder, greek yogurt) can be swapped for a different protein. When you’re making these swaps, use the same quantity to keep the integrity of the recipes.
Can my family participate?
Yes - and we encourage it! The PDF guide is set up per one serving. You can multiply the servings manually or use the The Being Collective Meal Planner tool!
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
You may cancel and receive a refund up to 14 days after purchase. No refunds will be issued once the portal opens on August 25.
I still have questions! Where can I reach out for help?
Please email [email protected].
